 STEP 1  Lie on the CorMax Commander with hands spread wide aside on the floor , you could nearly fall asleep, don`t as we are here for training.  Lift one leg off the ground you feel your core being activated, lift both legs of the ground and your whole core is ignited.   YOU ARE NOW TRAINING!   Lets get tough now, as you move your hands closer to the Commander it gets harder and now becomes a real challenge.  Take your hands off the floor and move your legs. Wow!!! What a challenge how much fun as you are now using the best and simplest piece of exercise equipment the world has to offer you and your core.

 STEP 2  Lets take it to an even higher level now use CorMax Commander with unstable CorMax Torpedoes, Grenades,and AQA Balls.  Let’s half fill a Torpedo, Grenade or AQA Ball. Lie on your Commander with feet on the ground, start holding the Torpedo with straight arms extended in bench press position.  All under Control? Tip the Torpedo a little to one side.   YOUR WHOLE BODY IS TRAINING TOUGHER   Take a foot off the ground and see if you can do it.  From here you can do 100’s of exercises – have fun.
